Pickup more than 24 hours away: booked at once at the fixed price. Within that time we check a car is free, accept the booking and send you the payment link; nothing is charged before that.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. On published routes the fare is fixed and shown before you book. On any other address the price is worked out from the road distance and locked when you book. Tolls, taxes, meet and greet and 60 minutes of airport waiting are already inside it.

Can I book for today or tonight?

Yes. More than 24 hours before pickup your booking is confirmed at once at the fixed price. Within 24 hours of pickup we first check a car is free, accept the booking and send you the payment link, usually within the hour. Nothing is charged until then.

What if my flight is late?

Give us the flight number and we watch it. The driver moves with the flight, and waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land. If the flight is cancelled and you tell us, you get the whole amount back.

Where do I meet the driver?

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. For a hotel or address pickup the driver comes to the door at the booked time.
